Digital products refund policy

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. 

Downloads

All video content is not available to download. 

Subscription products

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month’s Subscription Fee. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current monthly Subscription period. Subscription memberships (including Annual Subscriptions) are not eligible for pro-rated refunds. If you cancel your membership, you lose your current membership rate. If the membership rate increases, you’ll need to re-sign up at the new membership rate.

Coupons

Coupons provided for use with eligible thelightofkundalini.com products that have a stated expiry date (communicated via email, or via a promotional page) expire at midnight CET on that communicated date unless otherwise stated.

Any coupons provided without an expiry date are valid for a period of 30 days from the first time it was provided to you (via email or promotional page).

All expiry dates and times are final. Extensions cannot be granted.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, all materials within The Light of Kundalini subscription, physical products, or digital courses are protected by copyright owned or licensed by The Light of Kundalini LLC, and you acknowledge and agree that this is the case. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, upload to a third party, post, transmit or distribute the material. You may stream digital material to your computer for viewing only, as long as the material is kept intact and in the same form as presented within the membership, book, or course (including any copyright or other notice) and is for your personal, non-commercial use.

Waiver of liability

You recognize that yoga requires physical exertion that may, in some cases, cause physical strain or injury. In participating in The Light of Kundalini LLC’s courses, classes, guidebooks, or training plans, you acknowledge you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the training or practicing yoga. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician regarding any health concerns.

Cancel your membership

Follow these steps to change your method of payment should any issues arise:

If you joined The Light of Kundalini *after* January 1, 2019:

1. Go to go your account profile and update info
2. Enter the email associated with your account
3. Find your subscription, either under Trailing or Current
4. If you wish to change your payment method, you can do that on this screen
5.  If you wish to cancel, click “view” and then the “cancel” button. We’ll miss you – come back soon!

You may also choose to email us with the subject line “cancel subscription” at admin@danielaangeloni.com at least three business days prior to your next billing cycle and we can cancel your membership for you.

Once you cancel your membership, you lose your current membership. If the membership rate increases, you’ll need to re-sign up at the new membership rate.
